Our client located in the inner north west is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their reputable company. In this key role, you will be supported by a friendly and experienced team and can grow professionally with clear career pathways. This role will require an experienced individual who thoroughly enjoys the day-to-day operations and have a natural ability for building rapport with clients. Responsibilities:

• Preparing contracts and drafting correspondence
• Conducting pre-purchase contract reviews
• Running conveyancing files from initial instruction through to settlement
• Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other key stakeholders
• Handling e-conveyancing transactions using PEXA and Duties Online
• Preparing and lodging documents with Land Use Victoria
• Calculating settlement adjustments, including council rates and water usage
• Managing critical dates and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Providing regular updates and clear communication to clients throughout the transaction
• Assisting with due diligence and title searches
• Maintaining accurate file notes and documentation
• Supporting junior team members or administrative staff as needed
• Other duties as requested by the Directors and Managers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Conveyancer running your own files end to end
• Conveyancing licence preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
• A friendly nature who consistently seeks to help others
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure with support from your team
• Well presented with a positive attitude
