About the role

We are currently seeking an exprienced full-time Conveyancer.

Key responsibilities

The position will require the skills and experience to work on a wide range of property law and related matters including;

residential and commercial conveyancing

off-the-plan sales and purchases.

other property law matters.

About you

You must:

have experience in off the plan purchases and sales;

be friendly and enjoy interacting with clients;

have strong attention to detail;

have the ability to work independently.

You must be able to:

work well under pressure;

communicate appropriately with clients, agents, and other parties;

demonstrate a strong work ethic and stable career history; and

undertake matter management through the use of PEXA and LEAP (or a similar practice management software);
