Our thriving conveyancing and commercial practice is seeking an experienced lawyer and or licensed conveyancer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of property and commercial transactions in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Management of conveyancing matters from start to finish, including the purchase and sale of properties and businesses, leases, licenses, franchises, building contracts, option deeds, mortgages, loan agreements, and other commercial contracts.

Clear and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders throughout the process.

Collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in property and conveyancing.

Current lawyer practising certificate or conveyancer’s license

Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures.

Autonomoy to manage a case from start to finish.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant software.

Ability to manage multiple transactions effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Vietnamese is a bonus, given our many Vietnamese clients.
