Leading Hand Carpenter role working for a Commercial Construction company in Sydney!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead & mentor carpenters in executing construction projects with precision and quality.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
• Interpret plans, specifications, and designs to ensure accurate execution of carpentry work.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter / Leading Hand with at least 3 years of experience
• Trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Current White Card, and a full Driving License
