About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working across operations, administration, and accounts. You'll support field staff and management with daily coordination tasks while also assisting with basic bookkeeping.
This hybrid role allows you to work from home, with occasional onsite attendance as needed to support the business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily job scheduling and support field staff.
Generate and manage quotes, process work orders and manage invoicing.
Liaise with clients and the team to ensure smooth operations.
Provide general admin support and assist with internal processes.
Assist with wage processing, accounts payable/receivable, invoice follow-up, and basic bookkeeping using Xero.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in a similar admin or coordination role (experience in trade/electrical industry a bonus).
Confident with Xero and job management platforms like Service M8.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities.
Attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
