The Role: Admin & Scheduling Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused team member to join our growing operations team. Your day-to-day will involve keeping our schedules running smoothly and ensuring both our technicians and clients are looked after.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage bookings for inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs.

Communicate daily with technicians, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Use our scheduling platform (Uptick) to maintain accurate service calendars.

Send timely updates, confirmations, and reminders to clients.

Ensure our service delivery aligns with all relevant fire safety compliance standards.

Keep detailed records of inspections and service appointments.

Handle last-minute changes or urgent scheduling needs with professionalism.

Deliver exceptional customer service and support across all touchpoints.

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and industry contacts.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service is highly regarded.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word); Uptick experience is a bonus.

Clear and professional communication skills — written and verbal.

A team player who can also work independently and solve problems on the go.
