We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our company. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting management and staff, and maintaining efficient business processes. The successful candidate will bring strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for supporting a dynamic team within the wine and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations to ensure effective communication and workflow between departments including sales, operations, logistics and finance.
• Manage customer and supplier correspondence, order processing, and delivery coordination in collaboration with the sales and warehouse teams.
• Support financial administration by preparing invoices, tracking budgets, managing accounts and maintaining accurate business records.
• Maintain and update office systems, digital filing, and internal databases in line with company standards and compliance requirements.
• Allocate office resources, oversee supply inventory, and manage general office maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and administrative support for staff across multiple business areas.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and internal office procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
• At least Diploma qualification in a relevant or related field.
• At least one year experience in office management, preferably within the wine or beverage industry.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in the wine, beverage or wholesale distribution industry is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based office tools (e.g. Xero, HubSpot, or inventory/order management platforms).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Hold a NSW Responsible Services of Alcohol qualification or willing to complete the certification.
