The Role:

• Accounts reporting
• Reconciliations, speed sheets & forecasting
• Assist with preparation of documentation for annual audits for residential trust accounts.
• Sales Trust accounts for around 200 sales annually
• Audit and oversee PM and marketing invoices
• Payroll
• Use of AgentBox, Property Tree & MYOB
• Rental trusts are outsourced, in Sydney

The Person:

• Have experience in a Real Estate office
• Have an understanding of the fundamentals of trust accounting
• Hold a valid Certificate of Registration
• Have fantastic communication skills
• Well organised and great attention to detail
