About the Role
We’re looking for a Trust Accountant / Administrative Assistant who brings a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset and strong experience in commercial real estate trust accounting. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for full trust account functions (both Rental and Sales) and offer valuable support across the property management and sales/leasing teams.
This is a full-time, office-based role – perfect for someone who enjoys structure, ownership of their responsibilities, and contributing to a positive office culture.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage daily trust accounting: receipting, reconciliations, accounts payable, disbursements, and month/year-end processes.
Ensure compliance with audit and legislative requirements.
Maintain insurance and bank guarantee records.
Support the onboarding/offboarding of properties.
Assist in general office administration and coordinate internal processes.
Liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support sales and leasing teams with documentation, CRM maintenance (Cirrus8/Agentbox), and marketing coordination.
About You
3+ years’ experience in commercial trust accounting.
Proficiency in trust accounting software (Cirrus8 highly regarded).
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive and adaptable team player.
Solid understanding of compliance within commercial real estate.
