The Role

As our Business Development Representative your mission is to grow our client base, build strong relationships, and generate new opportunities within the healthcare sector.

You’ll work alongside a passionate team, identifying gaps in the market, crafting tailored solutions, and driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities and in line with company objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects

Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in business development or sales, ideally within healthcare or recruitment

A solid understanding of the healthcare staffing landscape

A confident communicator who can build trust quickly

Organised, proactive, and happy to work independently or with a team

Experience using CRM systems and recruitment platforms (desirable)
