Key Responsibilities:

Prepare tender proposals and submission

Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to gather quotes

Maintain strong relationships with external project stakeholders

Ensure accurate and up-to-date cost information

Participate in tender interviews

Coordinate with project teams and adhere to project timelines

Suggest process improvements for estimating systems

About You

Passionate about the construction industry and estimating

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Highly motivated, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification + Australian citizenship or PR

At least 5 years of experience as an Estimator, with a focus on commercial projects

Experience with both new construction and fit-out projects in the commercial sector.

Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost implications.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.

Experience in managing project cost controls.

Familiarity with CHEOPS and Procore (preferred but not essential).
