The Role and Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule fire protection service appointments, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Work closely with technicians, clients, and service teams to ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks.
Maintain and update service schedules using Uptick
Send reminders and notifications to clients about upcoming inspections and services.
Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of all scheduled work and inspections.
Handle any schedule changes or emergencies and adjust appointments accordingly.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries regarding scheduled
Build relationships with key industry contacts for future professional growth.
The Requirements
Prior experience in scheduling, project coordination, or customer service is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple schedules at once.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with scheduling software Uptick is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
