About the Role:
We're currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to join the team. In this fast-paced and dynamic position, you'll be the central point of communication between clients, technicians, and management-ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily schedules for HVAC technicians across planned and reactive maintenance jobs

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to organise job bookings and update timelines

Process work orders, purchase orders, and ensure all documentation is accurately recorded

Track jobs from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction

Support with invoicing, quoting, and reporting as required

Maintain communication with field technicians to manage priorities and availability

Monitor service contracts and ensure compliance with SLA requirements

A little more about you:

• Previous experience in a similar Service Coordinator or Scheduler role (ideally within HVAC, trades, or building services)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in job management software (e.g., SimPRO, AroFlo, or similar)
