What is tax depreciation for investment properties?

When a property is built or renovated, over time, its structure and the assets contained within it wear out – they depreciate in value. The Australian Tax Office (ATO) allows owners of rental properties to claim this depreciation as a tax deduction. About the role

Are you a people person with a knack for organisation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating schedules, managing multiple priorities and ensuring smooth daily operations?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Scheduling Coordinator to join our Property Inspection team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their tenants by efficiently managing inspection bookings, our Property Inspectors and their daily schedules.

In this role you’ll connect with clients, property managers, tenants and our Property Inspectors. You will use your high level organisational and interpersonal skills to coordinate inspection bookings and maximise the efficiency of our Property Inspector’s time.

About You:

We are seeking a motivated team member eager to build their career in a customer service and administration focused role.

Have previous administration or customer service experience.
