Are you an organised, proactive, and compassionate individual with a passion for supporting people with disabilities to live their best lives? We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Ulladulla and South Coast Region.

About the Role
As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing staff rosters to ensure our clients receive consistent, reliable, and appropriate support. You’ll work closely with support workers, clients, and their families to ensure care arrangements meet individual needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain staff schedules to meet client care requirements
Respond to scheduling changes or emergencies in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
Monitor staff availability, leave, and compliance with service agreements
Use scheduling software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Collaborate with the operations team to support workforce planning and service delivery
Work independently and take initiative
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in rostering/scheduling (ideally in disability, aged care, or community services)
Proficiency in Excel and strong computer skills
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in rostering or Connecteam Software (Not required but preferred)
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Requirements
National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Right to work in Australia
