We have been a MARKET LEADER in our industry for over 20 years with an ongoing commitment to providing our clients with optimum customer service.We have offices in Melbourne and Sydney,with our Head Office based in Western Sydney.

We are seeking a Customer Service/ Internal Sales Support person to join our team on a PART-TIME/CASUAL basis (3-4 days per week with potential to move full time). The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years experience in a customer service role, general office admin skills and be a team player.

The Role

As a Customer Sevice/Sales Support person you will need to have a bright personality with a positive approach to handling customer enquiries.You will be working over different departments,therfore, you will need to be great at multi-tasking,well organised and efficient with your time in order to meet deadlines. An ability to work independently while being a great team player is vital to this role.A strong attention to detail and accuracy will be necessary as the role will require some data entry.

What you would do, although not limited to:

Handle inbound customer enquiries whether by phone,email or face to face.

Keep up to date with monthly specials and products and alert our customers to these.

General admin duties such as order entry, filing, photo copying and scanning.

Updating our website and Facebook page with specials and promotions.

Stock counting and purchasing of goods both locally and internationally.

Preparing and organizing interstate travel for technicians as required.

Entering and handling spare parts enquiries and service job sheets.

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

Well presented and have an excellent phone manner.

Be well organised and punctual.

Enjoy customer relations .

Have the ability to work independently whilst being a good team player.

Have a strong attention to detail.

Motivated to learn new things.

Honest and trustworthy.

Be computer literate and have basic knowledge of Word,Excel,FaceBook

MYOB knowledge is essential

ALL training and product knowledge will be provided.

This role is a part-time role with the intention of hours being extended to cover other members of staff while on leave. The applicant MUST be flexible to work extra hours if required.

We will consider any person regardless of Age, Race or Gender for this role Although you must have some basic knowledge of Microsoft programs and basic MYOB knowledge.
