About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Mona Vale office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

2 days a week - Set day will be a Friday and any other week day of your choosing. Opportunity for more days and hours. Shop hours: 8:30-4:30.

What you'll be doing

Answering and responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person

Assisting customers with product information, order placement and order tracking

Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

Supporting the sales team by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, some knowledge of water filters & systems (not essential training if required)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications

A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
