Sydney Executive Plus has experienced steady growth in its corporate client base over the past few years and is now seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead its corporate business development efforts.
This role will focus on identifying new corporate opportunities, driving revenue growth, and shaping a targeted corporate partnership strategy.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
The successful candidate will actively engage with key stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of Sydney Executive Plus.
- Driving lead generation by identifying and engaging potential corporate clients, and converting them into long-term partnerships through effective sales strategies
- Analysing market trends and customer needs to optimise sales approaches and maximise business opportunities
- Designing and implementing the revenue model in collaboration with directors, supported by compelling value propositions
- Building and managing strategic partnerships to drive growth and ensure alignment with the objectives of both Sydney Executive Plus and its clients
About you
- Sydney Executive Plus is best described as a mature start-up-combining the agility and innovation of a young venture with the stability of an established organisation. It offers an ideal environment for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, creative, and dynamic settings.
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, and client relationship management at all levels, including senior executives
- Strong ability to identify and engage B2B clients, including past program participants
- Track record of successfully selling services to both business and government clients (B2B and B2G)
- Experience in SaaS or service-based sales within a startup environment is a strong advantage
