Role Overview:
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. Your goal will be to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Identify and understand client needs to offer appropriate financial products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support.

To be successful, you must have

• Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
