About the role

Epona Financial Guidance is seeking a dedicated Client Services Officer to join our dynamic financial planning team in Ringwood, Victoria. As a full-time Client Services Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including answering enquiries, booking appointments, managing client records and implementation of advice documentation.

Collaborating with the financial planning team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products, regulations, and industry best practices

Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our client service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a client services or administrative role within the financial planning or banking and financial services industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications

A genuine interest in financial planning and a commitment to ongoing professional development
