About You:
This is a hub manager role that oversees sales and customer service. That means you will be managing the hub site while primarily providing sales support to assist customers in purchasing services from Dymocks Tutoring, and providing post-sales support (aka customer service) to ensure that our valued customers are always delighted with the service they receive. Each hub will be overseen by one hub manager, and you will be responsible for your respective hub.
Your duties will include:
Making customer sales calls
Managing and overseeing your hub centre.
Taking customer service enquiries, including providing support with enrolments and access to online systems
General administration related to sales and customer service
Keeping the hub location well-maintained to represent the brand to current and prospective customers
Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations across all locations
Reporting to your Sales manager
Prior experience in sales and customer support is essential.
Criteria include:
A passion for sales
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and fulfilling customer needs
Genuine, friendly, vibrant and welcoming personality
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Good written communication skills and a high degree of attention to detail
You will have or need to obtain a current Working with Children Check or equivalent
A high level of proficiency using office productivity software
Understanding of the NSW schooling system (primary and/or high school)
Desirable:
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Location:
This role will be for our Hurstville Hub. The centre is located across the street from the train station, a walkable distance.
Hours and Remuneration:
This role is 65-85K inc. super per year plus quarterly bonus based on performance:
Hours of operation are listed, you will be working 20* hours a week based on a fixed pattern:
Monday to Fridays, 3 pm to 8:30 pm.
Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 6 pm
A mix of weekday and weekend e.g. Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday (inclusive)
Hours are negotiable Part time (20 hours per week) to Full time (38 hours per week),
The business operates during school terms on the same hours as it does in term. Leave is generally limited to school holidays and there is a 3 week mandatory shut-down over Christmas. Hours and days will be discussed in further application stages.
This role is covered by the Miscellaneous Award.
