About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Storeperson and Trade Customer Sales professional to join the team at Estelle Pty Ltd in our Minchinbury, NSW location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing our warehouse operations and providing excellent customer service to our trade customers.

What you'll be doing

Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory in an organised and efficient manner

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to trade customers in person, over the phone and via Email

Process customer payments and maintain accurate sales records

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a warehousing, logistics, or customer service role

Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service

Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

A positive attitude and the willingness to be a team player
