Delivery Kings Group is a leading and fast-growing removal and storage company, with a strong presence in both Sydney and the Sunshine Coast. As we continue to expand in Queensland, we are seeking a highly organised and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Sunshine Coast team based in Baringa.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and streamlining day-to-day operations, coordinating jobs and teams, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across all aspects of our removal and storage services.

Proactively call and follow up with potential clients, respond to enquiries, and send sales emails to generate new business

Developing and implementing operational strategies to support business growth and efficiency

Manage Job Bookings and manage schedules for drivers and offsiders.

Ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize efficiency.

Provide ETAs and job details to clients.

Follow up after job completion to ensure client satisfaction.

Handle client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Handle invoicing, expense management, and account reconciliation, follow up on outstanding payments.

Process staff payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Assist in developing and implementing company policies, processes, and systems to improve efficiency.

Update software and CRM systems, develop automation solutions to enhance productivity.

Monitor and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current and accurate.

Work with web developers and SEO specialists to improve online presence.

Curate and manage content for social media channels to engage with the community and promote services.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new and existing staff.

Manage employment documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Implement and manage a Customer Satisfaction process, collecting feedback and making improvements as needed.

General Assistance:

Provide additional support to the Manager and other team members as requested.

Qualifications:

Experience in administrative and operational support roles

Multitasking skills

Excellent communication

Proficiency in Xero accounting software and CRM systems

Knowledge of financial management and basic accounting principles

Ability to develop and implement policies and processes.

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently
