About the Role

Working from our Yatala HQ, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating equipment and operator schedules, managing admin tasks, and ensuring smooth delivery across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Allocate and schedule vacuum excavation and hire equipment.

· Liaise with transport providers and operators to organise deliveries and pickups.

· Manage timesheets, invoicing, accounts receivable, and data entry.

· Assist with sourcing equipment and organising operator availability.

· Create and manage purchase orders, job paperwork, and internal reports.

· Ensure all machinery is prepared and ready for supply.

· Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

· Accurately manage wet and dry hire processes, including off-hire and charge-outs.

What We’re Looking For

Strong computer skills is a must, especially with Microsoft Office.

Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.

Proven experience in admin, scheduling, and invoicing.

Industry experience in equipment hire or vacuum excavation (advantageous).

Confident communicator – phone, email, and in-person.

Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Knowledge of Southeast Queensland geography.
