About the Role As the Senior Learning Designer, you will lead, design, and implement engaging, evidence-informed learning experiences that support teacher capability and drive positive student outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end program development—from learning needs analysis and co-design workshops to digital content creation, delivery planning, and impact evaluation. You'll also collaborate with education experts, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure the learning experiences are innovative, accessible, and aligned with sector needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver impactful professional learning programs using best-practice instructional and digital design principles.
• Lead co-design sessions with subject matter experts and educators to ensure programs are relevant, engaging and research-informed.
• Develop content for blended learning, including digital modules, workshops, resources and online activities.
• Manage program timelines and resources to ensure smooth delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in education, instructional design, learning & development, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in end-to-end learning design for adult or professional learning programs.
• Strong capability in digital learning tools and platforms (e.g. LMS, authoring tools, collaboration platforms).
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work strategically and translate educational theory into practical learning solutions.
