They are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Southern Region (VIC, SA, TAS). This role is crucial for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships (including national responsibility for the Bunnings account), and executing impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed KPI targets
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, including Bunnings nationally
• Oversee forecasting, promotions, in-store execution, and CRM management
• Collaborate with marketing on brand development and represent the company at industry events
• Gather and report market intelligence to support sales and marketing

What's on offer:

• On-the-road sales role across VIC with occasional travel to SA and TAS
• Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 + super + bonus
• Fully maintained company vehicle
• Oakleigh-based office

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, ideally in building products or retail hardware
• Proven success in territory/account management and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• A passionate, self-motivated, and professional attitude
