What You'll Do
Fuel Local Tourism: Grow our portfolio by partnering with property owners and investors to bring more high-quality accommodation options to the region.
Be a Community Connector: Build strong relationships with property developers, real estate agents, and local businesses to strengthen the local tourism network.
Focus on Acquisition: Specialise in securing new management agreements with property owners seeking premium management services.
Drive Results: Develop and execute a business strategy that not only meets targets but also benefits the broader community.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or a related field.
A proven track record in business development, cold calling, and converting leads.
A passion for supporting local economies and a knack for building lasting relationships.
A self-starter attitude with the drive to exceed targets.
A full Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
