Key Responsibilities:
Smash individual and team sales targets with confidence and consistency
Lead from the front — actively prospect, pitch, and close sales deals
Motivate, coach, and mentor your team to elevate their performance and close rates
Set clear, ambitious sales goals and build a culture of accountability and achievement
Analyze performance metrics and use data to drive smarter sales decisions
Recruit and develop top-tier sales talent with a passion for success
Create and execute bold sales strategies to boost revenue and market share
Ensure seamless CRM usage and top-tier pipeline management
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver unbeatable client satisfaction
Manage resources and rosters to maintain high performance and coverage
Work closely with clients to exceed expectations and uncover new opportunities
Champion a high-performance sales culture that celebrates wins and drives results
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven record of crushing sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Experience in sales leadership or a senior sales role with coaching responsibilities
Ability to inspire, lead, and bring out the best in a team
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Sharp analytical mindset with a love for data-driven success
Tech-savvy with strong CRM and reporting system proficiency
Driven, dynamic, and laser-focused on results
What We’re Offering:
Full-time, 38 hour per week, permanent role Mon– Fri with flexibility to work between 9 AM – 7 PM
Salary: $38 per hour + Super plus commission, PTE additional $36,400 per annum
