Our client based in the City of Port Phillip are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Property Manager to deliver exceptional service managing 140 properties, across 2 buildings.

About The Role;

• Managing a portfolio of 140 properties
• Buildings based in the CBD & Southbank
• Office located in the City of Port Phillip
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is very highly regarded

Salary up to $78K (depending on experience)

About You:

• 1 year + managing a residential portfolio
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is very highly regarded
• Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
• Must have VCAT experience
• Experience using a Property Management program being; Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
• Corporate attire & presented
• Car & Drivers Licence
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
