Working alongside the director and our exceptional property management team, you will be part of one of the most progressive and innovative Property Management Offices in the West of Melbourne, this is a great opportunity for someone with drive and dedication to boost their career and their property management expertise.

Be a part of a unique property management specialist office, working alongside our highly experienced business owner to enable you accelerate your property management career. You will be fully supported by the director and the team at all times. Managing a small portfolio of approx. 120 properties, along side with the property management team, you will be able to focus on building relationships with your clients and also have a work life balance with a well maintained portfolio which you will nature with the team.

You will also be part of the client experience assisting with our Investor Support Services - assisting clients coming into the Melbourne market, looking for investment properties to puchase and asissting with them with inspections and feedback prior to purchase, building early realtionships - property management with a twist.

You will be involved in all facets of property management including:

Leasing and lease renewals

Routine inspections, final inspections, entry condition reports and any out of office duties required.

Arranging maintenance and repairs

Building and maintaining core relationships with stakeholders

Managing rent arrears

Co-ordinate and attend Open for Inspections and pre purchase inspections

To be successful for this role you must have:

A minimum of 12 months experience in the industry as a portfolio manager

A drive to advance yourself professionally and personally

Current qualification

A valid driver's licence and own reliable car

A belief that excellent communication skills and attention to detail are core to your success

Ability to operate within a high pressure, service-critical environment
