We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive digital projects for a leading Financial Services client. This role is focused on optimizing business operations, enhancing customer experiences, and improving employee productivity through digital platforms. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that make things more efficient and aligned with modern technological trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects focused on digital platforms within the financial services sector.
Collaborate with key business and technical stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints. Regularly update senior leadership on project progress, risks, and milestones.
Oversee the development and implementation of digital tools, platforms, and systems to streamline business operations, enhance customer engagement, and improve employee productivity.
Identify areas for process improvement across the organization and recommend solutions that maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service delivery.
Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Proactively identify risks and issues related to the project, creating mitigation plans to minimize impact and ensure successful project outcomes.
Lead projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress, frequent feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
Support the change management process by assisting employees and stakeholders in adapting to new processes, technologies, and systems.
Foster strong relationships with the client and provide continuous support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with their strategic goals.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the financial services sector, focusing on technical and business transformation projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or similar is a plus.
Familiarity with digital transformation tools, platforms, and technologies. Prior experience in working with cloud platforms, automation, or data analytics in financial services is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and align multiple stakeholders from business, technical, and leadership teams.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, adapt to changing requirements, and manage competing priorities.
An understanding of financial services industry dynamics, regulations, and best practices is a strong advantage.
Qualification or Certifications in Technology of Project Management
