This full-time Hire Co-Ordinator role at Lift Equipt is your chance to join a dynamic, fast-growing company based in Bibra Lake, WA. In this position, you’ll be the voice of our hire division — managing equipment bookings, scheduling deliveries, and most importantly, building strong relationships over the phone that turn inquiries into loyal customers.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating the hiring and return of equipment, including scheduling deliveries and collections
Liaising with clients to understand their hire requirements and provide solutions
Maintaining detailed records and inventory of all hired equipment
Ensuring timely invoicing and follow-up of hire charges
Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to client inquiries
Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to optimise hire processes
Assisting with the preparation of reports and data analysis as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a similar client-facing or sales administration role, preferably within the equipment hire or logistics industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, including CRM and inventory management tools
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Relevant qualifications or certifications in a related field would be highly regarded
