We are a dynamic and growing company servicing clients in the mining, construction, infrastructure, and services sectors. With a strong reputation for reliability, quality, and innovation, we are now looking to expand our business development team with the addition of a highly organised and motivated BD and Tender Response Coordinator.
Position Summary
The BD and Tender Response Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by managing and coordinating high-quality tender submissions, expressions of interest (EOIs), and business development documentation. This role requires a proactive and detail-focused individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work across teams under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and manage the end-to-end tender response process including RFQs, RFTs, and EOIs.
· Review tender documents and identify submission requirements, timelines, and key deliverables.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Ops, fin, HR, Qhse) to gather and prepare supporting information.
· Write and edit proposal content, ensuring compliance, clarity, and alignment with client needs.
· Maintain and update a library of tender response content, company capability statements, and CVs etc
· Monitor tender portals and industry platforms for opportunities and distribute to relevant stakeholders.
· Support the Business Development team with presentations, pitch documents, and capability brochures.
· Track submission outcomes and maintain records for continuous improvement.
· Assist in BD management and reporting on business development activities.
Skills and Experience Required
· Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the resources, services, or infrastructure industry.
· Strong understanding of tendering and procurement processes (private sector generally).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High-level attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word and PowerPoint); experience with Indesign is a requirement.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Desirable Qualifications
· Qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Experience using various platforms and document management systems.
· Understanding of ISO certifications and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
