Our operations include general repairs and diagnostic workshop, auto glass repairs, RACQ services, government contracts, and extensive fleet support. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team, handling a range of operational tasks to ensure our services run seamlessly.
Position Overview:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of auto glass bookings, scheduling, and service operations for our RACQ, Queensland Police, and other government contracts. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational and communication skills to manage account payables, invoicing, and customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings for auto glass services, source screens as needed, and schedule fitters to complete the installations.
- Invoice completed jobs promptly and maintain accurate records of all bookings.
- Schedule RACQ jobs, including tows and patrols, ensuring timely and efficient service for our clients.
- Coordinate and dispatch contract tows for government departments as required.
- Oversee the operational management of our Queensland Police contract, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
- Liaise with insurance companies, process paperwork, and reconcile invoices for services rendered.
- Coordinate with government departments to meet contract requirements and maintain high standards of service.
- Manage accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and contractors.
- Process invoices related to battery sales and services, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Reconcile paperwork for all jobs and coordinate closely with our Financial Controller and General Manager for accurate billing.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive, logistics, or service coordination role preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with booking/invoicing software.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
