Operations Co-ordinator : Events, Props and Christmas

The Prop House Collective, Brisbane's favourite styling company for events, prop hire, visual merchandising and corporate Christmas decorations is searching for a fabulous new team member.

We are looking for an experienced, creative installer to join our operations & styling team, who has a hands-on approach and immaculate attention to detail while bringing our designers’ proposals to life for our many valued clients.

You will be leading, organising and mentoring your team, creating amazing visually attractive styling projects and wowing our clients.

What you will do

Maintaining a high standard for all projects installed and ensuring within client timeframes

Build rapport with clients giving a personal level of service

Schedule staff in line with project timelines

Lead, motivate and inspire your team to deliver amazing projects

Work closely with design team to understand concepts and identify any obstacles for delivery

Demonstrating and promoting compliance with health and safety

Preparing and processing incoming and outgoing stock

Internal stock management and maintenance

Maintain the warehouse to a high standard of cleanliness.

Ability to work autonomously with a strong work ethic.

Assist with stock takes and audits.

About you

You have 3-5 years experience with event styling installations with supervisory experience or similar industry experience

Ability to adhere to all Work Health and Safety guidelines

Clean manual drivers’ license essential

Initiative to problem solve with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Calm under pressure – organised, agile, ability to multi-task with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

Experience with Microsoft suite / knowledge of IT Systems : Deputy and Current is desirable

Professional tickets desirable : EWP, Forklift, First Aid
