Barnett Financial Planning is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Co-Ordinator to join our team in Castle Hill, NSW. This full-time role will provide exceptional client service and support to our growing financial planning practice.

About you

• Values the importance of developing strong relationships with a tightly-knit team.
Key role responsibilities
• Handle general administrative office matters (e.g. scheduling client meetings, taking client calls, keeping our client database up-to-date).
• Following up outstanding activities with platforms, insurers and clients.
• Assisting the Client Service Managers with the preparation and lodgement of forms.
• Assisting one of the Senior Financial Advisers with operational duties (e.g. liaising with platform/insurers, preparation and issuance of client material).
Desired qualifications and experience
• Tertiary qualifications not required but HSC is essential.
• Financial services experience is not necessary. This role may suit someone looking to embark on a new long-term career.
Initial remuneration package ranges between $55,000 -$65,000 (inclusive of superannuation), dependent on level of experience.
