About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail-focused Sales & Estimator to join our team at Iconic Windows in Mulgrave. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotes, converting leads, and actively developing new client relationships through various methods – including cold calling, online outreach, and showroom support.

What you’ll be doing

Prepare accurate and professional quotes based on architectural drawings, window schedules, or client measurements

Communicate directly with clients (builders, architects, homeowners) to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions

Actively develop new business leads via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins

Conduct cold calls to introduce our services to builders and construction companies

Follow up on outstanding quotes and maintain client engagement

Manage quoting records and client info using Excel or internal systems

Coordinate with production teams (both local and overseas) to confirm pricing and lead times

Occasionally attend site visits or inspections to assist with technical queries

Assist in showroom when needed, including walk-in consultations and sample presentations

What we’re looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, estimating, or windows & doors

Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal – are essential

Mandarin language skills are highly regarded, as some clients and suppliers communicate in Mandarin

Ability to understand basic construction drawings

Comfortable with Excel; quoting software experience is a plus

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
