Are you an experienced Senior Estimator with a passion for architectural detail and luxury design? This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of our favourite and well known clients, who are a forward-thinking construction company delivering some of Melbourne’s most refined homes and high-end multi-residential projects in the city's most prestigious suburbs.

Projects range from 5M to 25M

About the Role: We’re seeking a Senior Estimator to join a well-established, design-led construction company with a strong reputation for excellence and craftsmanship. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on collaboration, accuracy, and being part of a team that brings bold architectural visions to life.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and BOQs for bespoke residential and luxury multi-residential developments
• Reviewing architectural documentation and specifications with a critical eye for constructability and cost impacts
• Liaising closely with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely submissions
• Leading tender processes and managing project budgets through pre-construction
• Supporting and mentoring junior estimating staff where required
• Working within a modern project management system (Procore), although if you don't have experience in PROCORE similar experience with Cubit, Buildxact, or similar platforms is also highly valued

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in estimating high-end residential and/or architecturally designed multi-residential projects ideally with some exposure to Apartment Developments
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and subcontractor pricing across Melbourne
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent time management and communication skills
• A collaborative and professional approach to client and team engagement
• Proficiency in estimating software – whether it’s Procore, Cubit, Buildxact or a similar system
• A genuine passion for high-quality construction and innovative architecture
