About the Role

Milton, Brisbane | Full-time | 5 Days in Office

This is a high-impact, high-reward role for an experienced SaaS Account Executive who thrives on owning the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.

You won’t be starting from scratch — you’ll inherit a warm book of enterprise accounts with active engagement and room to grow. You’ll deepen these relationships, drive retention and renewal, and proactively expand your portfolio with new opportunities.

This is a role for someone strategic, commercial, and fast-moving – equally confident in relationship management and new business development. Your success is in your hands, and your earning potential reflects the energy you bring.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of enterprise clients, focusing on long-term success and retention

Identify expansion opportunities and proactively drive cross-sell and upsell strategies

Generate new business through outbound prospecting, market insight, and solution-led selling

Own the full sales cycle – from discovery and demo to proposal, close, and renewal

Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Delivery, and Marketing) to ensure seamless client experiences

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor

Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecast accurately, and report on performance

Contribute to sales strategy and share insights that shape the way we grow

Who You Are

A commercially minded SaaS sales professional with a track record of success

You know how to manage complex accounts and balance retention with growth

Confident delivering value to senior decision-makers in HR, People, and Operations

Resilient, proactive, and always thinking a few steps ahead

Naturally curious – you ask great questions and uncover real client needs

Driven by targets, but focused on long-term relationships

Collaborative, coachable, and always looking to improve your game

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or professional services

A solid understanding of the sales lifecycle and enterprise buyer behaviour

Strong pipeline management skills and a solution-focused sales approach

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Experience managing and growing client accounts post-sale
