ZE Homes is boutique building and construction company based in Victoria, Australia. Our business focus on building and construction of new dwellings, residential home renovations and extensions. We also specialize on demolition, all kind of excavations and re-build.

Due to excellent growth, we seek an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our successful and highly motivated team.

The tasks of the Construction Project Manager would include, but not limited to:

1. Managing, overseeing and coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment for construction projects.
2. Interpreting drawings and specifications relevant to the projects.
3. Consulting with architects, engineers and other professionals, and technical and trades workers.
4. Negotiating with building owners, property developers, builders and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while complying with relevant regulations and standards.
5. Operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites.
6. Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety.
7. Arranging submission of plans to local authorities.
8. Preparing Value Management, SWMS, ITP, and Operation & Maintenance Manual.
9. Building under contract, or subcontracting specialized building services.
10. Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work.
11. Addressing issues and risks in projects and provide solutions to relevant parties.
12. Arranging building inspections by local authorities.

Required Skills and Experience Required:

1. Hold a tertiary project management related to building and construction qualification.
2. Be able to prove at least 3 years experience.
3. A basic knowledge of the Victorian Building Act and Legislation or a willingness and ability to learn quickly.
4. Self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in project management tools and software (such as Microsoft Project, Precore, Aconex, Bluebeam, Hammertech).
6. Presentable, punctual, professional.

Salary and Benefits:

Receive a market competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation per year, uniform and industry based equipment and software.
