Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines, while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Review projects and schedule deliverables.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Organize materials and equipment to complete the scope of work.
• Ensure adherence to client contractual obligations.
• Review work progress reports daily.
• Provide detailed daily/weekly reports to clients.
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging issues.
• Ensure quality construction standards are met.
• Completing safety documents such as risk assessments, SWMS, etc., and ensuring they are followed on site.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication channels.

About You

The successful applicant will be an experienced Construction Project Manager with the following:

• 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience in the commercial construction industry
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills with a professional attitude
• Be client focused with a sense of urgency and an eye for details
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-Motivated, process driven with focus on excellence and getting things done
