The Role: We are seeking an exceptional Coordinator/Administrator to help our Director maximize their time and resources. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Travel Management: Efficiently booking personal and corporate travel arrangements.
  • Diary Management: Skillfully managing the Director's diary, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring appointments are scheduled seamlessly.
  • Office Coordination: Promoting a vibrant office culture, organizing engaging staff functions, coordinating quarterly management feedback surveys, and maintaining regular touchpoints with office staff.
  • Marketing Coordination: Driving marketing initiatives, including creating eye-catching promotional materials using Canva, managing social media accounts, and coordinating impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Ad-hoc Administrative Duties: Handling various administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in residential real estate administration and project marketing administration.
  • Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience.
  • A passion for organisation, with a strong sense of honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Experience in the Property industry as an administrator, PA, or EA is highly desirable.
