An exciting opportunity to join one of Melbourne's leading real estate offices, as an integral part of their Accounts team and oversee the Sales Trust Team and function for the company.

Based in a beautiful part of Melbourne's Inner CBD (Bentleigh Area), this office looks after some of Melbourne's premier properties and has built a reputation as an employer of choice. The role is offered Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm.

As Sales Trust Account Team Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Head up the Sales Trust team, managing multiple trust accounts and working alongside an experienced and busy team with high-volume sales transactions.

Utilising Advanced technology and systems

Overseeing, supporting and managing the Sales Trust Team

The position includes (but is not limited to) managing sales trust accounts, including marketing reconciliations and weekly advertising draw down, end-of-month and other monthly reporting, compliance, general administration, reporting, liaising with auditor, agent commissions, overseeing and supporting our inhouse and offshore trust and compliance team and so on.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 4 years Sales Trust experience

Agent’s Representative Certificate / License

A friendly, positive attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Passionate about giving first-rate customer service

Be well organised, able to multi-task, problem solve and strong attention to detail

Advanced computer skills - Microsoft suite, Box+Dice (preferred but not essential)

Able to work well within a team
