Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for both on-market and off-market properties.
• Create compelling marketing content for properties available for lease.
• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
• Manage digital marketing efforts across social media, email campaigns, and website platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, ensuring cohesive and impactful social media strategies.
• Organise and oversee professional agent photo shoots to support property listings and brand visibility.
• Lead brand marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with our premium market position and brand guidelines.
• Identify and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with market trends.
• Develop targeted marketing strategies across digital, print, and social media channels to drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness.
• Create engaging organic and paid content, including social media posts, video campaigns, and print materials.
• Work closely with real estate agents to develop tailored marketing plans for individual properties.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
• Assist with event coordination, including selecting venues and preparing promotional materials.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven marketing experience, ideally in the real estate.
• Minimum 12 months experience.
• Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.
• Exceptional multitasking and prioritisation abilities with a keen attention to deadlines.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and current market trends.
