A market leader in prestige residential real estate, located in Sydney's Upper Northshore suburb of Pymble, you will be responsible for delivering excellent administration and campaign marketing services to support a leading sales team.
A vibrant boutique real estate agency looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives, elevate brand presence, engage clients, and foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for both on-market and off-market properties.
- Create compelling marketing content for properties available for lease.
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
- Manage digital marketing efforts across social media, email campaigns, and website platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, ensuring cohesive and impactful social media strategies.
- Organise and oversee professional agent photo shoots to support property listings and brand visibility.
- Lead brand marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with our premium market position and brand guidelines.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with market trends.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies across digital, print, and social media channels to drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness.
- Create engaging organic and paid content, including social media posts, video campaigns, and print materials.
- Work closely with real estate agents to develop tailored marketing plans for individual properties.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Assist with event coordination, including selecting venues and preparing promotional materials.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in the real estate.
- Minimum 12 months experience.
- Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritisation abilities with a keen attention to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and current market trends.
