This multi-office business has a strong market presence and an excellent reputation. Due to a restructure, we are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to join the team. We are seeking a confident and creative individual, with experience working in a similar marketing position within real estate to property. Will also consider Marketing Coordinators ready to step up and elevate their career.

About the role
As the Marketing Manager, this role will be diverse and fast paced. You will be working with a large team of existing salespeople, as well as supporting new sales people as they are onboarded into the company. You must be confident presenting your ideas, and the in-house marketing concepts to said salespeople, as well as creating content and working with external companies with design concepts for collateral.

• Coordinate manage external marketing agencies.
• Be hands on with marketing collateral preparation using InDesign including: IM’s, submissions, newsletters, signage etc.
• Manage social media accounts including content creation.
• Manage EDM calendar and database management
• Work closely with the Sales Manager on upcoming marketing strategies

MONDAY to FRIDAY ONLY
SALARY $90K - $100K PLUS SUPER (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years marketing experience in the real estate/property industry as a Marketing Manager or Marketing Coordinator ready to step up.
• Experience and qualifications in digital marketing, graphic design, communications and/or social media management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and ability to manage multiple projects / assignments at any given time
• Highly proficient in computer software, Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Indesign, Wordpress, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
