Job Title: Warehouse & Distribution Manager

Salary: $100,000 + Superannuation per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

We are now looking for an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Manager to oversee the seamless flow of goods in, within the warehouse, and out to distribution.

Position Overview:
As the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring optimal stock flow, storage, and timely delivery of goods. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment while leading and mentoring a dedicated team to meet company goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• As Warehouse Manager you will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of all raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse.
• The Warehouse Manager will manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
• As the Warehouse Manager you will develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and safety.
• This Warehouse Manager will lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• The Warehouse Manager will monitor and improve the accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment and deliveries.
• As the sites Warehouse Manager you will ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• The Warehouse Manager will coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods across the supply chain.
• The Warehouse Manager will maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and other operational data.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall warehouse operations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse & Distribution Manager or in a similar logistics management role, ideally within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution processes.
• Experience in leading and managing a team to achieve business goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
