About the role

As a Service/Operations Resource Scheduler at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient utilisation of the company's resources and the timely delivery of services to our customers. Working in a full-time capacity from our Forrestfield, WA location, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling resources across our production and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Developing and maintaining detailed schedules for the deployment of staff, equipment and other resources to meet customer demands

Monitoring operations in real-time and quickly adapting schedules to address changes or disruptions

Collaborating with production, logistics and customer service teams to align resources with business needs

Identifying opportunities to improve scheduling processes and implement more efficient workflows

Providing regular reporting on resource utilisation, productivity and service delivery performance

Supporting the continuous improvement of our operational capabilities

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a production, logistics or operations scheduling role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve scheduling conflicts

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with teams across the business

Proficiency in using scheduling and resource management software tools

A collaborative mindset and the drive to continuously optimise processes and workflows

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as logistics, operations management or business administration
