Executive Doors and Mouldings specialises in the manufacturing and sale of Door, Door Furniture and Mouldings. We are located in the commercial precinct of Malaga. We offer a large range of building products to our customers and pride ourselves on great customer service.

About the role

As Trade / Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse and the distribution of our products through the Perth and surrounding suburbs. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations, maintaining high standards of productivity and customer service.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods

Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, optimised storage and timely replenishment

Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing warehouse team

Liaise with other departments, such as sales and purchasing, to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently

Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a Warehouse Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control and logistics operations

Excellent leadership, people management and team-building skills

Ability to analyse data, identify trends and implement process improvements

Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Other qualifications preferred

Forklift licence

HR licence

Manual licence
