Your Duties:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless freight operations
• Monitor and analyse operational performance, implementing improvements where necessary
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and client base
• Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience

About you:

• Proven experience in freight broking / freight forwarding, or logistics operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in logistics software and technology solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
