Our Intake, Triage, and Referral Service stands as a beacon of hope and support for those navigating their journey towards well-being. This isn't just a service; it's a lifeline tailored to meet the intricate tapestry of needs within our community, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and people of all ages from various locations.

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Operations Manager with expertise in office administration, property management, and hospitality. We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee daily office operations, support business expansion by assisting in securing a new office property in QLD, and manage the performance of our existing operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Identify and implement improvement to office procedures, streamlining workflows and increasing productivity.
  • Assist in securing an office property in QLD, managing leases, contractors, and compliance.
  • Manage property and facilities, ensuring maintenance, safety, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company café, including staffing, supplier relations, and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety, property law, and food service regulations.
  • Creating functional office environment for staff to work in.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, with exposure to property and hospitality.
  • Proven expertise in commercial property search, lease negotiations, and facility management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage diverse responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience in hospitality management, including food service operations.
  • Ability to handle financial budgets, supplier negotiations, and compliance requirements.
